Bio


Dynamic engineering manager with experience starting, growing, and scaling SaaS startups in the areas of machine learning, natural language processing, and voice computing.

I enjoy hard problems, thrive amidst uncertainty, and manage with humility. In my view, success is best measured by the number of people that I’ve positively impacted throughout my life.

Currently, I am an Head of Engineering at NewAtlantis Labs, a team dedicated to merging omics-led science, AI, and innovative financial models to support Marine Protected Areas (MPAs).

Previously, I was the CEO of NeuroLex Laboratories, a company focused on using voice as a marker for early diagnosis of psychiatric and neurological diseases.

Before being acquired by Sonde, NeuroLex had key partnerships in biopharma, grew its data bank to over 500,000 voice files and expanded its core SurveyLex product to thousands of users.

I also have invested in and mentored >20 companies in machine learning/security/neuroscience through my prior roles as a Founding Partner in CyberLaunch, an evergreen fund based out of Chris Klaus's family office.


Current mission




NewAtlantis Labs brings omics-led science, AI and new financial models to Marine Protected Areas so that they may directly benefit while ensuring the regeneration of these habitats critical to our collective survival.


Advisory positions




Bringing a safe, effective, and non-invasive electromagnetic therapeutic treatment to Alzheimer’s patients that can help to significantly slow the progression of both cognitive and functional decline.



Using the advent of quantum computing to act as a catalyst to fix the foundation of data security infrastructure.

    I composed this song ("Psychosis") on the piano. It maps a psychotic episode from the early-stages to a full-blown break in a mental hospital, ending in leaving the hospital and wondering what exactly went on. This was inspired by my brother who suffered from treatment-resistant schizophrenia, the main reason why I started NeuroLex.
